I need to hit 55 kg. That is my Holy Grail. Just like Mo Farah and Fauja Singh. If I claim I am a runner, then I should weigh like a runner.
If Gin Stephens can drop 40 kg in a year, I can do it too.
DO NOT ABANDON OMAD LCHF.
That is the Critical Success Factor. The key differentiator.

I have to impose no more spending except for supplements. Otherwise, I will go on a shopping spree.
Today I bought a folding golf umbrella for the car. Totally unnecessary.
One more hour and I will be done for the day unless I do burpee at 6:00 pm. I'll decide on that later.
