8/2/21 ^^^As it is, the key is still the Ability to Withstand Hunger

 I need to get to 85 and then to 79.

I can do this by early April.

This One-Minute Exercise is really good.  I am more alert.

So I do 3 things every day:

  • One-Minute Exercise every hour
  • Longevity walk
  • Belly Button Healing after every One-Minute Exercise
This 1 minute every 1 hour is indeed a great idea.

Best if I can take 2 minutes break every 20 minutes.

Staring at computer screens for long stretches can give you eye strain and pain. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. Look away from the screen every 20 minutes or so and look at something around 20 feet away for about 20 seconds. Blink often to keep your eyes moist. 

The HSE suggest that short, frequent breaks are better than less frequent longer breaks, so a 5-10 minute break after 50-60 minutes is better than a 20 minute break every 3 hours

I had a wonderful lunch.  Very satisfying.

This is a great life.  I really enjoy it.

Bloody hell, I don't need a village to be happy.  Certainly, eBooks and a strategy to eat and move my *[no]body (body) are all that I need.

I got an invitation to be a guest speaker just now.  The bottom line is if it is not a paid engagement, I am not interested.
