This morning's kettlebell routine was great. I hold my punches at set 2.
OK let's continue with my journey in self-therapy:
Previously my issues were the 3 Cs; cigarettes, cannabis and cunts. I settled the score in 2019.
However, I didn't realize that in the process of quitting cigarettes, I ended endangering my Universe Within with Nicorette. The nicotine gum spikes insulin and endangers my microbiome.
Only in 2020 that I manage to get rid of Nicorette; one of the reasons why I had insulin resistance, inflammation, gout, and obesity.
Well, I solved that only to uncover that my lifelong addiction to nicotine was due to the lack of love from my parents when I was growing up. My childhood was traumatic and the scar lasted along with the nicotine addiction until I actually quit nicotine.
The minute I quit nicotine my mood swing subsided tremendously. I experimented further by eliminating the 3-in-1 coffee. I improved further.
Then I removed sugar and starch from my diet. It gets even better. It was like a fog been lifted from my mind.
Be mindful that while these are happening, the real issue is to regulate my dopamine fluctuation. That is the root cause of my 21 years battle with Bipolar.
That is the reason why I was in limerence when I was in contact with Els from TRAXXfm. Luckily she understands mental illness. Otherwise, it might turn into a case of bad romance or worse, an ugly scandal.

I don't want to just address mental illness from a psychological point of view. If we want to tackle this, we need to address it at the neurochemical level.
There is one huge body of research that I had gathered and successfully apply in my life right now. This is my real gift to the world. Along the way, I found my Ikigai.
