So what really bothers me?
- The leaking house - no more leaking
- The eye operation - a matter of time
- The ongoing 10 km training - slowly but surely I'll get there
- No extra income - had been like this for the past 10 years
- Weight loss - I lost 3.7 kg in a month
- THE NOISE NEXT DOOR - This is the real issue.
I am going to stick to my [my] main mission. That is to weigh 55 kg and to run 10 km/hour.
These goals will take *[b]e (me) one year to achieve.
* Sarah, I am so motivated to read about how Gin Stephens lost 80 lbs in a year.
Even to lose 15 kg in 3 months and another 15 kg in 1 month is still a worthy ideal. Then another 10 kg in 2 months.

What are the fundamentals?
- Save as much as possible
- Keep persisting
- Move from 40% to the 80%
- Decide to hold on to hardship
I looked back and I concluded that I don't want to earn a living anymore.
Pal is a negative influence in my life. He is a dog chasing after his tail.
These first 6 months are very important.
Today I start fresh. I change my strategy. I eat OMAD Carbs instead of OMAD KETO. Allow adaptation to happen within months.
All I do is include one serving of rice during dinner. As a trade-off, I quit 3-in-1 coffee.
#traxxfm I am pretty pissed. I wasted 2 hours on the phone talking about business. In the end, all are just inflated ego trip. Take me home sweetie...
