Instead of the 10 km Training. I just did a casual walk.
I was planning for a Rest Day today, then I thought, WTF. Let's Goggins from 40% to 80%. Let go through some pain.
As usual, by 8:00 am I'm already doing the plank.
I'm glad I did it. I feel much energetic.
So the conclusion is, if I don't go out to attend to errands, I should do the One Minute Excercise. No rest for that.
