This is very encouraging although I forgot to mention "Feet on the ground" upon waking up.
So I make it to 36 hours (more or less). Now I know how it feels. I am not being any hungrier. As a matter of fact, I feel full.
Next is to see how well I exercise.
Remember to stay focused. Nothing else matters except being thin and fast.
87.9 kg was the point I let my hair down. That was 1 week ago. Just because I slipped a few days, I had to live with the consequences for slightly over a week.
So back on track.
Give me the courage to change things I can.

Right, I exercised this morning. There is no fatigue. However, there is no pump either. I can definitely do this for 21 days. On the condition that I am fat-adapted.
The 87 kg is the point of bliss. I am pretty high at this level.
I just started reading Diabetic Code. If I am not careful, I too can get affected by this disease.
So I just follow the cue from Jason Fung. Obesity, Diabetes, and Cancer. These are interrelated. The cure is through fasting.
Here is my conclusion. It is natural to eat OMAD LCHF with no Sugar and Starch. Otherwise, the formula won't fall in place.
We are not supposed to eat too much sugar. That also means I am supposed to be thin and athletic.
I don't want my body parts to rot because of too much sugar.
