This is a better option.
For the past 3 nights, I cannot sleep before 10 pm. My exercise suffered greatly
Today I am going with a different strategy for the 1-minute workout:
- Plank
- Pushup
- Squat
- Jumping Jack
- Burpee
- Biceps Curls
- Shoulder press
- Triceps Row
- Back Fly
- Lateral Raise
I'm going with the idea that it is better to have some workout than none.
Boy, I am so motivated to exercise nowadays.
I don't want to leave my house at all. This is my heaven. I don't want to interact with people at all. Influencers, humbug. If he wants to give me business, make it so. Otherwise, I am not going to prostitute myself on LinkedIn.
I rather enjoy my solitude than make myself known to strangers.
