To be successful in my Vision Quest, I need persistence, perseverance, and patience.
I also need to stay focus. Stick to the knitting:

It cannot be 150 minutes a week.
As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight, maintain weight loss or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.
Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. Greater amounts of exercise will provide even greater health benefit.

This is my awakening today - If I stop taking Sugar and Starch, THERE WON'T BE INFLAMMATION.
Inflammation is the precursor to diabetes, renal problem, heart disease, stroke, and cancer.
These are metabolic syndrome due to insulin resistance.
I think I started gaining weight in 2012 partly because I started chewing Nicorette then.
Now I'm going to reverse everything. No more cigarettes, cannabis, and cunts. As for carbs, I will consume them sparingly.
I'm still keen to quit sugar and starch. Whenever I can avoid them I will.
I think this One Minute per Hour Exercise is my Ace in the Hole. I feel fantastic the whole week. It is really a brilliant idea especially with the use of the timer and the mobile app.
Very importantly, I need to have a healthy pair of lungs, legs, and a strong heart.
SPRINT IS THE REWARD.
I was right. The moment I installed Tianlong, my chi improved much.
I will no longer undermine Eastern Wisdom especially when I read I've Decided to Live 120 Years, Ikigai, Tao Ti Ching, and the Tao of Longevity.
Man, I am more convinced that Buddha is the real deal. It's just that people indoctrinated his teaching and turn it into a religion.
