Basically, I am progressing very well with my runs. Day after day I feel very energetic even during the fasted state.
I tend to get sleepy at midday. So today I make a point to catch an hour's sleep.
I eat a lot nowadays. I just listen to my body.

Sha, you train in BU 2 but on your birthday you run Bukit Kiara.
