Definitely, I just focus on a few areas of competencies. Not only that, I just focus on a few people that really matters.
I just make it as simple as possible. If I need complexity, I read a book. At this point that is not necessary. Where I'm going, all it takes is perseverance and persistence. I don't want to create clutter.
Every day, when I diet and exercise, the intention is towards becoming thin and fast.
While building muscles is important, it cannot beat the need to shred excess body fat.

So Sarah, as it is I am officially a Hedonist Hermit. I had delivered my message in the past 21 years. For the next 20 years, I want to indulge in Personal Pursuit.

I decided not to run a marathon anymore. What I'll do is I'll run 2 Halves in a year. Once during my birthday and once on Christmas. Once at Bukit Kiara and once at Seri Hartamas.
