15/3/21 ^^^Keep marching on

 As long as I keep moving forward, I am progressing.  What we don't want to [] (do) is to be stuck in reverse.

So shit happens, what can I do?  At best I can [] (do is) just go with the flow,

I am feeling the buzz.  As it is, I just want to run, run and run.  I am beginning to develop the mindset of an Athlete Warrior.

Battle of 87 kg is the entry point.  I need to hit 79 kg by 12/4/21.  Then by Syawal, I hit 59 kg.

Can I do it?  It all depends on my ability to hit Bronze before Ramadan,

Sidetracking a bit.  So far I had done vulnerability.  Now is to do non neediness.

Back to what matters.  I say Ramadan is still a month of renewal for me.  I need to complete my 21 days fast.

What is the incentive?  Well,  Syawal is when we start picking up speed.  Of course, it is the month we indulge in all the comfort food.

But more so than ever, Ramadan is a marker of me.  The only setback is the damn month keeps on shifting.  Otherwise, Ramadan is a perfect marker for me.  This idea to do 21 days Water Fast during Ramadan is a great idea.

This next one month is really putting the pedal to the metal.  If I make it to this one month, I will make it through with the 21 days.
