I had power runs during the Walk/Run. Then I had an explosive sprint. The sprint is really the reward. My breathing had improved much and my heart is getting stronger.
Certainly interval training and sprint are good strategies to run fast.
This is a 2 1/2 months effort, Already I am losing 8 kg, What if I lose 15 kg?
I need to hit Bronze weight by 12/4/21.
In the meantime, I incorporate Kettlebell Crunch as pa[s]t (part) of the One Minute Per Hour Exercise

Els is a major letdown. Time to focus on what matters.
In the end, I am who I want to be. If that means I have to be different from the masses, so be it. I don't owe anybody a living.
What matters is I need to build a sustainable ecosystem.
