I started to seriously improve my well-being beginning of December 2020.
If I want to consider the actual cut-off point for me to be serious about my diet and exercise, then I would say it is beginning in January 2021. Only in February did I start with the One Minute per Hour Exercise.
Do note that the quality of my life is in direct proportion with the quality of the books that I read. Hence. I have to continue reading.
It is worthy to note that I have acclimatized my sleep and my morning exercise. I am also beginning to get the hang of the One Minute per Hour Exercise. So is OMAD LCHF. Can all these be a way of life? Certainly, they can.
My ONLY setback is I am not making RM3 k a month as I planned.
Since that is my Achilles Heel, I'll do my best not to splurge my money.
If money is not my issue, then what I have now is ideal.
I think I am wasting my time with Mental Health initiatives.
Can I do away without an extra income? I think I can.
I just spend on supplements, hair cuts, car wash, and tennis. If I do that, I still have RM100 a month to spare.
This year I already splurged on the Superman and Batman Glasses. I also spent on the Pithen necklace Of course I spent on the supplements and the figurines. Next month is the buffet with Yati
I got the dental to go for. That's it for this year.

I need to buy the 10 km dumbbell next year.
