24/3/21 ***Focus on what matters - diet and exercise

 As far as diet is concerned, I need to condition myself to eat OMAD LCHF again.  That is the only way I can drop to 79 kg before Ramadan.  This Battle of 87 kg lasted for 2 months.  That means I am not giving a[s] (an) all-out effort in my fasting.

Remember, I need to hit 55 kg, and then I build back to 65 kg. I need to shred 40 kg and then I bulk 10 kg.

As for exercise, the pivot i[t] (is) the run.  The other exercises are for the upper body and core.

Bottom line, if I just focus on diet and exercise, automatically I will [to] (stop) other unproductive things like watching TV, smoking pot, and hanging out at coffee shops.

My schedule is very simple.  Before sunrise, I run.  Then 8:00 am - 5:00 pm I do weights.

Saturday is kettlebell

Sunday is Elliptical Interval

I need to add skip rope on Sunday and Saturday.

If I follow this routine.  I don't have time to meddle in external affairs

Man, I am ravenous.  This is just a state of mind.

Ramadan is a crucial month for me.

For me, Ramadan is the month of renewal. I intend to do 21 Days Water Fast every Ramadan.\

So really, my life is centered around diet and exercise.

After all, it is about a sound mind in a sound body.
