Since all matters are gods and everything is magic, it is up to you to put this knowledge into good use. The potency of the magic is dependent on your intention. If you plan to do good and do no harm, then all the forces of nature will support you.
For example, 2 nights ago I dreamt I created lightning while sleeping. Simultaneously there was lightning striking my house and tripped my circuit breaker.
So you can control the forces of nature provided you and the Universe are aligned.
