I like to consider today as the day I reboot my commitment to diet and exercise. I can always reboot as many times as I like, Just like quitting cigarettes. I have to keep doing it until I get it right.
Like this effort. I am supposed to start on 12/3. Then one thing leads to another. Then comes the flu. So now, no choice but to start on 21/3.
Tomorrow I run. The prospect of being able to run again is really exciting. The fact that I sprinted explosively this morning is already a feeling that cannot be bought,
Besides rebooting my commitment, I want to reaffirm my oath as an Athlete4Life. That includes my abstinence from the 3 Cs. and my ongoing battle against sugar and starch.
Today my weight is 86.7 kg. I need to win a Bronze (79 kg) by 12/4.
I need to be in isolation doing nothing other than running, reading, and writing.
