I ended up sleeping the whole day.
I do hope I will be *[be] better by tomorrow.
* Thanks, Sarah. I do feel depressed but I am not inclined to smoke or eat sugary stuff.
In that sense, I am improving.
-------------------------------------------------
I'm just wondering. What if I just talk to you and stop contacting Els? Will it work?
Hmmm... No huh? OK then, back to the status quo.
-----------------------------------------------------
When I looked back at my position with TraXX, I say I had managed to create a niche using the Art of Brinkmanship.
So all is not lost.
In deploying the Art of Brinkmanship, it is important to COMMIT on the execution. There must be follow-through.
--------------------------------------------------------
What if I apply the Principle of Nonattachment?
I am having a foggy brain right now.
I guess the thing I got to ask myself is, how do I become great?
I had explored the various avenues. What's left is for me to be great.
I think one of the Principles is Nonattachment. That goes hand in hand with Nonneediness.
If I have these two, I will be on top of my game.
----------------------------------------------------------
I want to be great, Sarah. The thing about greatness is it is not about the big things you do once in a while. It is the little things that you do regularly.
My greatness is none other than Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.
I say, one [one] [] (of) the requirements to be great is to be able to stand on your own two feet.
-----------------------------------------------------------
I know what I'll do... I just harness the Farmer's Mindset in my daily living. As long as I take care of my farm, the rest are just incidentals.
Let's say I take care of Mens Sana in Corpore Sano by exercising in the morning and by doing the One Minute per Hour exercise. By the time I get to Evening Drive, it is just incidental.
Simply put, I should not put too much emphasis on Els.
That is how we apply the Principle of Nonattachment.
---------------------------------------------------------------
So rather than extending my energy on incidentals, I just focus on things that make me great.
Let's try this concept tomorrow; focus on being great and simply do away with incidentals.
What if I can turn an incidental into something [something] great?
Here is the plan, instead of listening to Els, I listen to Flyfm and read my eBook.
Els is a Unit Trust. Whenever I need to make a deposit, I just do it. I don't need to treat her like a current account.
If I want to be great, I need to maximize my productivity. In this case, I need to maximize my time utility.
