I have to do my level best to hit Bronze. I have to break 79 kg. Already I have a spring in my run. Now is to become light. Within this next month, I need to shred as much as I can.
I am going for Gold by the end of Ramadan. Let's see if I can hit 55 kg. If I can hit 59 kg I will be more than happy.
This is an experiment.
I need to know how much weight can I lose if I really put a serious effort into it.
At the same time, I got to start reading again.

I really feel good about the whole thing; the sleep, the exercise, and the diet are working in my favor. I can go on living like this.
A lot of things can be achieved as long as I DON'T SMOKE. I hope I don't slip when I meet RR and BJ for iftar this year. I don't mind if we postpone iftar for another year. I am about to get the han[d] (hang) of not smoking cigarettes and dope.
I really like the feeling that my body is really clean from intoxicants.
So here is a strategy, I will make myself as fit as possible so that when I meet BJ for my 10 km run, I have no desire at all to smoke dope. I need the mindset of an athlete.
--------------------------------------------------
Just a passing thought, by next year I need the 10 kg dumbbell.
Basically, this year is about improving the run. I need to rev up to 10 km by September. Then by December, I rev up to 21 km. In my case, the running is the pivot.
There are many salesmen trying to sell you many things. The question you got to ask is if these things are going to derail you from your goal or not. If they do, by how much.
I forecasted that I only need an extra RM3 k a month. That's because I'm only willing to spare 2 days a year in training.
If that doesn't happen, for the better.
