10/1/21 ^^^I feel a slight hunger pang, but my mood is fantastic

 All I got to do is train my body to eat OMAD LCHF.

What makes me feel good is what is normal for the body.

Now that I don't take sugar, I am getting to be as normal as I am to a paleolithic person.
