 I should stay on track.  The mucus thing is not something I can control.  What I can control though is the quality of my food.  That determines my energy to exercise in the morning.  That also decides whether I should eat carbs,  This is because I need carbs for energy.

The chocolate last night was very deserving.

I can't totally get rid of sugar.  At the very least I should get rid of sugar craving.  For that, I must exercise and minimize carbs.

Every morning I set out to tap my fountain of youth.  I am getting younger by the day.  The eczema is gone.  I am doing all the right things with SWEE PAW-nSS.  I'm gonna have the yellow rice after my 72 hours fast in February 

For the time being, it is back to the ability to withstand hunger.

I had a good exercise session this morning.

The good life is the best revenge.  All I got to do is concentrate on SWEE PAW-nSS.  I will win when I am thin and fast.

It's no[w] (not) about having a lot of money.  It's the ability to win over the adversary.  In my case, it is the ability to keep losing weight and to run as fast as I can.
