I'm not going to play the game anymore.
As far as I am concerned I had given my everything.
#traxxfm How r u doin' buddy. This is coming to the 4th year I am using radio as a therapy for my condition; Ultradian Rapid Cycling Bipolar Type 2. I honestly thought it will go away eventually. Sadly I have to live with it for life.
#traxxfm I had a bad start beginning this year. I was doing OMAD, then I decided to cut carbs at the same time. That's when I hit the dopamine void and went into a state of emotional blah. I was experiencing sugar cravings as well. Starting fresh.
#traxxfm This therapy using radio is not something new. The added flair is the tweeter. If you understand my medical history, you know I am dead serious. Another method that I use a lot is journaling using the blog. These two are my life savers.
#traxxfm So Rex, I am set for life with this lifestyle. My utmost delight is writing the blog, sipping some mineral water, and listening to TraXX. In between, I read and run. This is coming to the 4th year I am like this with TraXX.
#traxxfm My doctor said I am the fastest recovering mental patient. Of course, I make it like a walk in the park. The truth is I have to deal with a serious lifetime condition. So if you are talking about reaching out to mental health, I'm one of them
#traxxfm What I'm saying is people have a certain preconceived idea about mental health. In my case, I deal with it through my own therapeutic methods. You happen to be one of them.
#traxxfm Really Rex, my life is about swinging between delusion and depression. All this while I had been trying to find the sweet spot. Even with the most expensive time-release jab, I can't go back to point zero yet. I am still trying though.
#traxxfm I know I had been ranting about my mental condition. You don't have to listen to it. I just need an outlet. That is *pa[s]t (part) of the therapy. *Sarah chipping in.
So Sarah, you are not buying into the farewell? As you know I am an Ultradian Rapid Cycling Bipolar Type 2. I swing several times within the same day. You *think[k] you can manage that?
