 I sleep better and I NO LONGER HAVE INFLAMMATION.

Sugar is really the poison.  I really need to banish sugar for life.

It is not enough for us to reduce insulin, we must get rid of sugar and starch.

I used to fight sugar and failed many times.  Now that I have a foothold on the situation, I am not going to back down.

I will eat OMAD LCHF as a protocol that I practice for life.

The effect is so astounding.

I sleep well, I wake up alert and I eat well.

All I need to do is withstand hunger - Delay, don't deny.

As far as carbs are concerned, I finally managed to get rid of my dependency.

Now is to become fat-adapted.

So now I had established a routine with SWEE-nSS.  It surely feels great.  From a sickly body and a weak microbiome, I had now managed to climb out of the pit of vulnerability.  I don't need dope to upset my Universe Within anymore.

I AM READY TO CONQUER THE WORLD.

Dope makes me delusional.  I am better off being in a peak performance state than becoming an insect trapped in the pitcher plant.

It's a good thing that the government is reinforcing the Restriction Control Order Ver 2.0.  With that, I am not tempted to meet BJ.

I smoked pot last week because I was really down.

No[t] (Now) that I am back on my Vision Quest, I am not interested to get high anymore except through running.

What is the deal here?  I am still aiming for my liberation.  Dope is a jailer.  True freedom is freedom from the dependency of substance; the 3Cs.

If I can train my body to say no to Sugar and Starch, I can definitely say no to dope.  I get my high from sweating.

I had set my eyes on 55 kg and 10 km/hour.  That is my high.

After all the dark mucus had come out, it will be counterproductive for me to continue polluting my lungs.  After all my aim is to increase my VO2Max.  That is the only way I can increase my speed.

OK, back to the present.  All this self-hacking is to ensure that I can run.  Not only run but run fast.  I am staking my claim that I am a runner.  My purpose is to run, run, and run.

In this case, running is the pivot to all the activities that I am involved in.

Anything that is counterproductive to running I have to let go.

Today is my alternate exercise routine day.  My goal is to be able to do 10 x Walk/Run.  I only managed to do 3 x Run, my bronze.  However, I must say that the sprint had improved much.

If I can sprint after every exercise, I am set for a great future. 



Around 11.00 am I will feel hungry but if I ignore it, I will not be physically affected by it.

The success of this effort is the ability to withstand hunger.  That's all.  As longs as I am not ravenous, I can delay my meal until dinner.

Rightfully I am training my body to become fat-adapted.

I need to reverse insulin resistance.  I need to switch to fat-burning.  How long does it take?  Let say I need 6 weeks.  That should go hand in hand with quitting sugar.

Basically, by fasting and not eating carbs, I am changing the composition of my microbiome.

Consider these 2 months as me doing some Gut Reformation.  It is another way of me telling them that things are changing around here.  It is no longer about the macros but all the way to the citizens of the Universe within.

Imagine, prior to 2019, for a good 39 years, I had abused my Universe Within.  I was a sickly person.  So many poisons entered my body.

If I am to be an Athlete Warrior, I have to take corrective action with my life.  The biggest win, in this case, is the ability to be thin.  Once I am thin, I can be fast.

So what constitutes a sound mind and a sound body.

Today I found the answer:  A healthy microbiome.

If I am to be healthy, my microbiome must be healthy.

This is the deal:  I want to live until I am 100.  What are things I should do to get there?

  • NO POISON - no dope, no sugar, no starch
  • Sleep well
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD LCHF
  • Probiotic
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Dark Chocolate
My priority now is to ensure that I take care of my microbiome.

For the next 20 years, I will follow this formula:

SWEE PAF-nSS

That is my formula for my own longevity.  Even if I don't live to be 100, I should live a healthy and robust life until I am 90.

I WANT TO BE FREE FROM DISEASE.
