I woke up at 3:46 am. I dreamed that Els was nice to me. In my dreams. I hope this is the last time I talk about her.
I rather talk about my runs. I have 4 months to go. Because I ate carbs for 5 days, the whole week I am stuck in the same 89 kg.
Carbs are very dangerous. That is why once I stop carbs I should stop them forever.

This morning is a classic case of persistence pays. I wa[y] (was) already one loop behind for my walk/run. I decided to run anyway. First I thought I can only do one loop. Once I completed that, I started aiming for bronze. Turned out that bronze was a breeze. I kept on persisting until I completed silver.
The sprint was moderate. It was expected since the silver run was too close apart for a speedier recovery.
All and all, I am very satisfied with my achievement today. Imagine, I started with a mindset of walking for one hour; I ended will a silver walk/run and a moderate sprint. That is winning the day.

Now the challenge is the ability to withstand hunger. I am tempted to eat nasi lemak. However, I decided to do OMAD LCHF until I hit 85 kg. I should go with a variant of 5 kg at a go.
I cannot help it. I'm ravenous. I decided to go for nasi lemak and 3-in-1 coffee.
