OK starting tomorrow, no more excuse not to exercise. Today I must win the day by not eating sugar.
#traxxfm Time *[so] (for) my Songs Therapy. You think I am goofing around, do you? Well, I'm not. In Australia, hospitals are using this kind of therapy to treat traumas. * Sarah agrees.
#traxxfm My 2 methods of recovery are Songs Therapy and Personal Blogging. The past 3 years had been encouraging. Maybe I should write an email to Puan Fairuz and Dr Haida explaining to them about the psycho cybernetic effect of listening to the radio
#traxxfm Now you know why my doctor said I'm the fastest recovering patient. I explored all avenues to get well including my current pursuit to quit sugar. So Rex, you can just be laying bricks or you can help me build a cathedral. What say you?
#traxxfm The radio is my tool to socialize. I am not the type that does teh tarik and talk nonsense. Normally I read while listening to the radio. I can't do that if I do teh tarik. So it's a symbiotic relationship.
#traxxfm According to the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, I am an INFJ: introvertdear.com/news/infj-secr It's the rarest personality type. In my case, I don't need a village to be happy. I keep my circle small but meaningful.
#traxxfm So before you pass a judgment, do walk in the other Indian's moccasins for a mile. I am doing all this out of survival. Either I find a way to redesign my environment or I got swallowed by the pile of social debris and become obsolete.
#traxxfm As I mentioned to It could end like a necrophiliac relationship or it could be a daring adventure. I can play either role. After all, I am a free radical.
#traxxfm Will it be sufficient to just listen to the radio? I guess not. That is a passive action. The tweeting however requires active thinking. Making it *a[s] (an) essential part of the therapy.
