I think the SWEE PAF-nSS really suits me. I really like exercising before sunrise. Like I said, the crowd is different too.
I think I am ready to commit to the no Sugar and Starch pledge. I had gone past the hump and the carbs craving. Now I have no desire to eat something sweet.
December is really the testimony that I can go crazy over carbs. I should treat sugar and starch as substance.
I have to hold on until May 12th. Basically, that is the test to see if I can last a lifetime with SWEE PAF-nSS.
