 Very importantly, I need to stick with SWEE-nS.  That is the formula for success.

Once I follow SWEE-nS, then I will be thin.

Focus on being thin.

I got to lose 30 kg.

I'm doing away with Pal.

New year resolution that will stick:

• Healthy
• Happy

I am bored.  Almost depressed.
