11/1/21 ***I have to accept that I am allergic to carbs

 No sugar.  As it is, I now categorized sugar as poison.

The evidence towards sugar is so glaring.  The obvious one being that it damages my microbiome,

So far so good.  As long as I don't eat rice, I can keep my insulin at bay.

This OMAD is really amazing.  Every day I look forward to my OMAD meal.  Nowadays I'm no longer hungry.

I'm also no longer crave carbs.

I keep longing to eat beef or lamb.

I hope I manage to fat adapt for good.

I am ready to leave sugar and starch.

Let's follow where the argument leads.  If the body keeps losing fat when I don't eat carbs, that means I am not meant to eat carbs.

This quit sugar effort is actually my effort to eliminate carbs from my life.  Minus nonstarchy veggies, the rest are off-limit.

It's not that I don't like carbs, it's just that I need to eat according to what is preferred by my Universe Within.
