All I got to do is hang on to SWEE-nS. That is the only way for me to do it. I need to be resilient.

I wonder if the probiotic and the apple cider vinegar are really working. It seems like a waste of money. So is Starbucks coffee. From now on I switch to tea. I will still drink coffee while I have stock.
I say 2021 is the implementation year. No more spending on unnecessary stuff.

I know, I read Brain Maker by David Perlmutter. I cannot surrender.
In the end, I might do away with Els and TRAXXfm but I should not lose my sanity.
As it is my aim is to lose FORTY KG IN FIVE MONTHS. I should stick to the mission.
Yes indeed, I may not have the mood to write. However, if I persist I will make it. The key is to PERSIST AND PERSEVERE.

I got it. I got to keep my brain active through reading. As long as I read, I stay focused.
Brain Maker is good reading.
When I read, I am happy again. There are so many books to read. I intend to be a Hedonist Hermit. That way I am inwardly rich.
Einstein was right. Imagination is more important tha[t] (than) knowledge. It is nice to be mindful, however, the real exercise for the mind is not to put it on pause but to keep it active.
