I celebrated 87 kg too early and too excessively. Now I am stuck at 89 kg for the past 3 days. Probably due to water retention.
There is nothing much to do except to be thin and fast. I am training to be an Athlete Warrior. My priority is of course to be thin. I have to be fat-adapted all over again.
This time I make sure I stick to OMAD LCHF as closely as possible.
No more chocolate.

Yesterday's bone broth was excellent.
