28/1/21 ***I need a break today

 I was so hungry this morning.  So I decided to eat nasi lemak.  That is my only meal for the day.  At midday, I decided to have some ice cream with coconut syrup.

The issue is carbs always tastes good.

I need to hold back my hunger.  At the same time, I exercise.  It is really a challenge to eat OMAD LCHF.

My next step is to aim for 85 kg.  That will be in 2 weeks time.

I want to detach from TraXX.  From now on I want to listen to 24/7 Continuous.  Els had lost her appeal.  The whole TraXX is just cloud in the coffee.

What is more exciting is my daily progress.  I want to be able to run far and run fast again. 

Let's say I do not think too much about weight loss.  Will I still lose weight eventually?
