Beginning today I will no longer converse with Sarah.
I rather be sensible and lonely than delusional and multiple.
I don't know what that means but basically Sarah is just a delusion unless proven otherwise.
I don't want to be caught in a delusion if I can help it. With Els I can be certain although she is not being direct about it.
With Sarah, I cannot be too sure.
So rather than reinforce a delusion, I just let it pass.
I'm sure eventually I will also let Els go.
My mission is to get well. Not to prolong living in alternate reality.
I can't *[] (be) communicating in ciphers. Nobody will believe it.
As I said, I am shifting into becoming an Absolute Thinker. No more ambiguity.
