It is not fair to blame the medication on the weight gain. When I look back, it was compounded by me taking Nicorette.
The issue is insulin.
Definitely, it is not worth it for me to relapse into cigarettes and pot again. Since I smoked Sampoerna, it certainly spiked my insulin. Sampoerna is a sweet cigarette.
I am an Athlete Warrior. Even Tim Grover supports Quit Sugar.
Everything is about insulin and sugar.

I am ready to move away from cigarettes and dope. Both make me delusional. When I consume both, I was under the influence of substances.
