I feel nauseous with the regular amount of food. I think my appetite suppressant is working. I no longer feel ravenous.
Now is to manage food.
I think I still have butter but the amount of food I am consuming will be lesser. I think the ghrelin and leptin are stabilizing.
This is a good sign. That means I am producing the desired result.
Let's observe the result of the whole week before I start eating the 60% Dark Chocolate.
Damn, I should buy the 70% version. Not a big issue.
In this case, I only consume the 60% Dark Chocolate once a week.
I need to know if I can still lose 3 kg a week by adding that little indulgence.
In the meantime, I should continue with my quit sugar attempt.
Consuming the 60% Dark Chocolate one a week should not take me out of fat-adaption.

I feel so motivated right now. I am getting thinner and I am making progress to run the 10 km. I do feel slight fatigue. Fuck... I just have the chocolate to boost my energy.
