28/1/21 &&&Looks like I have to start from fresh tomorrow

 As it is I need to eat OMAD and to eat LCHF.

I need to scale down to 85 kg.

It boils down to the ability to withstand hunger.

What is my strategy then?

I will try OMAD LCHF this next 4 months.

I need to reset my routine tomorrow.  That should make me mentally ready for the 72 hours of Extended Fasting in February.

Let's admit that this whole week I am out of sync.  I need to set it right again.

THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND HUNGER.

I NEED TO HIT 85 kg by the second week of February.

I have a few goals to achieve before July 2021:

  • To hit 55 kg in 5 months
  • To start running 8 km/hour
  • To remove the cataract
No matter what, I need to maintain my morning exercise.  The sprint is a must.  As long as I can maintain my exercise, the weight loss is secondary.

Forget about consuming carbs.  I need to say no to Sugar and Starch.  If Mark Sisson can do it, so can I.

I must be able to withstand hunger.

I was on the right track.  I lost 7 kg in a month.  Now is to stay on track.

You win some, you lose some.  Definitely, I am letting go of Els.  I need to stay at the top of my game.


The pull factor is the morning exercise.  I must anchor my day with the sprint.  As long as I can sprint, I win the day.

This time my target is to withstand OMAD LCHF for the whole month of February.

I don't think I *wa[s] (want) to do any training work.  I may not have much money, but at present, I am enjoying my liberty.

As it is, this is HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.  I still had not fully utilized my parameters.  I still got the Bandar Utama Loop and the Bukit Kiara Loop.

#traxxfm This is my 3rd week doing the 10 km Training. It's not straight away clocking in 10 km. I am still doing the walk/run interval. However, I am so hooked on the routine especially the sprint at the end of every exercise. That is my boost.
