>>>#18/1/21 The weigh still goes down despite the carbs last night

It's OK to have carbs occasionally then.  As long as it is not sugar and processed carbs.

My favorite food at the moment is pulut kuning with sambal ikan bilis.  That probably going to be once a month.

------------------------------------------------

Once I finish this Apple Cider Vinegar, I will stop it.  I just rely on Moringa and Red Ginger.  I don't like the taste of the ACV.

Delay, don't deny.

Chocolate, once a week.  Pulut Kuning with Sambal Ikan Bilis once a month after the 72 hours fasting.

Basically, I am here to impress Amarpreet *[with] this May with my 40 kg weight loss.

* What do you mean Sarah?

I believe my weight loss will be accelerated once I do the 72 hours fast.

Then, with the 21 days of water fast, I should lose 15 kg.

I need the pulut kuning and the dark chocolate to stay motivated.

----------------------------------------------------

I managed to complete my training with full vigor.  It is a good feeling to be on track with my progress.  Looks like I need to end each exercise with a sprint.  That is my trophy.  The sprint is like loading up the body with the feel-good chemicals

Then on the shower and the Starbucks Dark Roast become the multitier rewards upon rewards.

At 89 kg I am beginning to see that my face and body are toning.  I can sprint very fast too.  I am in such a good mood.

I guess the real happiness is due to the sprint and the Dark Roast.  It keeps me alert.

At 56, I am reversing my aging process.

I think I just maintain the Apple Cider Vinegar.

----------------------------------------------------------

Bronze in 79 kg

Silver is 69 kg

Gold is 55 kg

Whatever the case may be, I want to be the same weight as Mo Farah.

Remember - thin and fast.  No need to bulk.  Being bulk is high maintenance.

Also, a Spartan Hoplite was not bulk but well-toned to remain agile.

I believe Mo Farah's body is ideal for his height.

--------------------------------------------------------------

If Jim Caldwell can do it, so can I.  He did this in 25 months
