That is the most important criterion of success. I have not even hit 79 kg yet. That is my bronze. As long as I don't hit bronze, I should not have any pulut kuning.
On a serious note. I should not have any pulut kuning until I hit gold.
I have to be steadfast. If I am looking for a lifetime commitment, I should not have the pulut kuning at all.
The idea of the Quit Sugar is to refrain from eating sweet stuff. To be specific, sugar and starch.
I am stepping out of the paradigm.
So a definite no:
- 70% dark chocolate
- Pulut kuning
- and 3-in-1 coffee
The hook now is the sprint. I am getting faster and faster.
I AM ALLERGIC TO CARBS.
Carbs make me fat.
