18/1/21 ***It seems that this is a busy month

 As long as I stick to the plan, I should be OK.

Only consume carbs when I feel fatigued or when I do the 72 hours fast.

This is how a man's body should look like.  
This is Mark Sisson at 67 years old.

The idea is to remain agile instead of bulking.

I think I have enough knowledge to produce the desired result.  Focus on the process.  Gin Stephen took 2 years to lose 80 lbs (36.36 kg).

Therefore as long as I lose 1 kg a week, I am on track.  I should produce the desired *[] (result) sooner:
  • I do 72 hours fast every month
  • I do the 21 days Water Fast
  • I exercise every day.
* I like your positive attitude, Sarah.  Again, my apologies for dismissing you.  I was really down at that time.

Sarah baby, as it goes, I just discovered the Holy Grail and the Fountain of Youth.  At this moment, I just want to focus on being thin and fast.

Of course, I want to have a nice body.  Mark Sisson is a good inspiration.

Nowadays, I have the urge to spend money.  I should not waste my resources.  The running shoes *[h]eed (need) gluing.

* I was fortunate that Lizzie bought me the Dark Chocolate and the Dark Roast.

Come to think of it, I should save for the Phitem necklace and dental work.

#traxxfm I am two different persons; with sugar and without sugar. By that, I mean starch too. For the first time after a long time, I can control my level of excitement. Simply amazing. I think I'm cured.
