Therefore I shall keep pushing the boundary. Every alternate day I am Sisyphus and Icarus. I will make sure I win this fight.
My goal is to stay OMAD LCHF for life. No cheat day. That means I eat OMAD LCHF as long as I live.
I have to say goodbye to nasi lemak and pulut kuning too.
My job is to eliminate insulin.
I will go on like this until Syawal.

I intend to go OMAD LCHF for a very long time. If I can envision losing 40 kg in 5 months, I am basically talking about OMAD LCHF as a lifestyle.
Whenever in doubt, think of Jim Caldwell.
Perhaps, once I reach 55 kg, I change my eating strategy.
As it is now, my diet is no sugar and no grain. I don't see anything wrong with that. I eat plenty of vegetables and healthy fat. I also eat high-quality protein.
Basically, I'm becoming a hunter-gatherer.
At present, I still have bulges of fat in my belly. Unless I am already hitting silver, I will continue doing what I am doing.
I am looking forward to the 72 hours Extended Fast.
I intend to win this fight. Now that I have the winning formula, I will persist until I achieve my goal to be thin and fast.
