I slept right after I went to bed. This is a great improvement. Normally I will be tossing for 1 hour before I fall asleep.
This is a reminder that I should not sleep during the day.
Then, I woke up 15 minutes before the alarm. I was very alert.
These are the ingredients for a great start. A great day starts with a goodnight's sleep.
Everything was right. This is proof that SWEE PAF-nSS is working.
If something is working right, that means it's working in its natural state.

I HAD FOUND THE FORMULA FOR HEALTH AND HAPPINESS!
To proof it further, this morning's exercise is superb. I was very committed. No fatigue at all.
The litmus test was the sprint. Boy oh boy... I was really sprinting. It was speed and strength. Very satisfying indeed.
The grand finale is the bowel movement after the exercise.
Normally I have my movement before exercise. So when it is post-exercise, the experience is very rewarding.

What is happening here? I believe my microbiome is healing. As I mentioned, my mission is to delight my citizens; the cells and the microbes (the 43:57).
Soon, I will be running 10 km/hour. That is the Holy Grail. Then my job is to maintain that speed and to weigh 55 kg.
I guess I can go for more money. However, more money need not mean quality of life. As I see it, I am now at the sweet spot of quality living. Nothing less and nothing more. A true 4964.

So I guess no sugar and starch for life.
If I want something sweet, I have to settle with prunes and raisins. Maybe the dates are fine too.
If I want 55 kg and 10 km/hour bad enough, I guess I have to forgo things that are pleasant to the tongue but are detrimental to the microbiome.
If I have to choose, I choose the bugs. Majority rules.
