It is important to exercise AHAD
It is super important to OMAD LCHF.
Yup, probiotic is important too.
So is ACV.
From what I read, Extended Fasting is potent.
Finally, no Sugar and Starch is something I know since 2016 but didn't practice.
I know OMAD since I wrote Lose Fat, Stay Fit in 2017. There were 3 years *[l]ap (gap) from idea to implementation.
* Sometimes it requires a gestation period for an idea to really sinks in.

In the area of exercise, I am so glad I do interval training. That is the foundation of speed and power. Again, I never imagine I will be doing HIIT at 56.
I look forward to becoming Icarus. Now I am very specific. MWF I am Sisyphus with my 10 km training TT I am Icarus with my Walk/Run intervals.
Now it may seem that both sessions are the same. However, once I start to run 10 km every other day, then things start to become clear.
Icarus is the feeder to Sisyphus; this is to run Fast and run Far.
Watch out BJ and Glen, here I come!

Icarus managed to score bronze today. Then it rained. I sprinted back. My thighs hurt a bit.
